What is Communication? "Communication Fast

In the ninth video of Adam Niven' s #FBLiveVideoChallenge for Media Theology Adam sets viewers the challenge of trying to not communicate for 24 hrs.
The point of this "Communication Fast", as Adam explains in the video, is to help you explore exactly how you might define what communication is. Particularly when you are trying to not communication not only by not creating communication, but by also avoiding receiving communication that has been created by others.
