"In Jesus Christ, there is no distance or separation between the medium and the message:
it is the one case where we can say that the medium and the message are fully one and the same."
Marshall McLuhan

We're going FB Live for a Month

So you may, or may not have noticed, that the blog became a bit dormant again over the last little while. Part of that has been finding the time to sit down at the computer and actually type out a blog post. Well at least to create something that also has a level of value. But a solution is at hand...

Perhaps not the total solution. And I do hope to find the time to still get some more meaty posts up here as time goes on. And I'm still  hoping to get my downloadable ebook finished.

But for now, I'm taking some inspiration from my good friend, who's also my boss, and is just an all round awesome guy - Ben Amos. You can check him out at www.engagevideomarketing.com and his business at www.innovatemedia.com.au. Or you can jump onto his Facebook page where he has been #FBLiveVideoChallenge[ing] for the month of August.

Yep, in my real job I work at an online video marketing agency, and one thing we do is test and try platforms in the video space. Having watched Ben launch into daily live video blogging on Facebook, I have decided to give it a trial for this Media Theology blog. For posterity sake, I'm also going to post the videos up here as well.

#FBLiveVideoChallenge Day 1: What do you want me to talk about?
